Pending

Order received and confirmed. Heading into the production queue. Lead time clock starts here.

In production

On the cutting table or sewing line. Roller and sheer shades take 2.5 weeks; Roman, Woven Wood, Pirouette take 3-4.

Shipped

Out the door with a carrier and tracking number. The tracking link will be live above as soon as we hand it off.

Delivered

Carrier has confirmed delivery. If something looks wrong on arrival, head to the remakes page with photos.

Delayed

Something pushed the timeline. Your rep will already know — give them a call, or check the notes from us in the description.
