Your rep reviews the request and confirms the remake. If we need anything else, we'll ask once — not bounce you around.

We cut and produce on standard lead time

Roller and sheer shades go in the 2.5-week queue. Roman, Woven Wood, and Pirouette go in the 3-4 week queue. Damaged-in-transit remakes get rush priority where we can.

You get tracking on the new shipment

Same email thread, same order context, new tracking number. No fresh PO, no separate invoice unless the remake is on you.

If we caused it, the remake is on us

Manufacturing defect, transit damage, or factory error — we eat it. If it's a dealer mismeasure, we'll quote a discounted rebuild rate before producing.
